- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of Frank's for several years. Great dentist. HOWEVER, his office staff has cost him my business. They wait months to request payment and my last bill included charges for a year and a half ago, run numbers on a hand written ledger and mischarge (in their favor). They also ended their contract with my insurance company and did not tell me so my charges were much higher for several large procedures and I was not aware of this until they asked for a complete payment for the last year +. When I attempted to sit with his office manager and go over the incorrect bill (ledger that I could not read well) she refused, was confused and said she needed for me to come in when it was convenient for her regardless of my work schedule. Although Frank is a great dentist, his front end staff cannot be relied on so I am moving on.November 02, 2017by Sherri Reardon
