- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a patient at this poor excuse of a hospital the nursing staff for the most part were rude and patronizing some of the mental health workers i overhead talking outloud about clients that were basically in front of them how they couldn't stand them. I asked for a second opinion at the nurses station and 24hrs later the medical director is supposed to come they never bothered to call him I called the HRO again no one showed up there weren't even complaint forms for the HRO or DMH the whole 6 days i was there we had no reasonable access to telephones that we could have private or confidential calls and when another patient came up behind me and pressed their whole body against me and rubbed her hand down my arm i told her not to touch me the staff did nothing about it and said i should have more patience because she may not have boundaries i thought that was what they were for i wouldn't recommend sending my worst enemy here as they are breaking laws and when brought to their attention they ignore you tell you it never happened or you were sleeping i wouldn't have given any stars but i couldn't write this review without itJuly 10, 2017by Paula Tirro
